Treatments provided

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based treatment for youth (ages 7+) and adults that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT is skills-based, and can be delivered individually or with caregivers/family depending on developmental age and treatment goals. In-person services are available in San Francisco. When appropriate, virtual services are available in California, New York, and New Jersey.

  • Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for families with young children (ages 3 to 6) exhibiting behavioral and emotional concerns. Currently, only virtual services are available. In PCIT, caregivers learn specialized skills centered on nurturing their relationship with their child, and creating structure/setting limits in a calm and consistent way. During session, caregivers receive real-time coaching through bluetooth headphones connected to their computer/tablet/device as they interact with their child.
